Privacy Statement

Reviewers ensure the Authors ' rights regarding confidentiality (non-disclosure of personal and scientific information during the review of manuscripts). Reviewers also have the right of confidentiality. The editorial Board does not disclose any information about manuscripts (including their receipt, content, status in the process of review, Reviewers ' criticism or final decision) to other persons other than the Authors and Reviewers. This includes requests to use the materials for legitimate professional and scientific activities.

Manuscripts that are submitted for examination are the privileged and private property of the Authors. Reviewers are not allowed to make copies of manuscripts, and it is forbidden to transfer them to other persons. The editorial Board does not keep copies of rejected manuscripts.

Reviewers ' comments are not published or made public.

Authors should review the almanac's privacy policy before submitting a manuscript to know that reviews are anonymous. Reviewers and authors are informed of the final decision of the editorial Board and editor to accept or reject the manuscript.
