Musical cultural creation by Andriy Kyrylovych Rozumovsky in the dimensions of European culture of second half of the XVIII century

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to identify the origins of modern European-integrated cultural creativity in Ukraine on the basis of source study, search reconstruction of the musical and educational activities by Andriy Kyrylovych Rozumovsky in the context of European culture of the second half of the 18th century. The problem of musical and cultural creativity is formulated as the formation of the cultural environment and aesthetic aura in the context of the corresponding era and the historical and social conditions of society in the interaction and creative communication of the sponsor and the music producer, composer, performer, recipient in the intellectual atmosphere of creation, dissemination and perception of musical art. The research methodology is based on an interdisciplinary approach using the methods of historicism, scientific retrospection, personology, source study and musicology, as well as the method of theoretical generalization. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the fact that the musical and educational activities in the area of ​​national cultural creativity by the son of the last hetman of Ukraine Andriy Kyrylovych Rozumovsky are reconstructed; personal documents from the family archive of Count Camillo Rosumov’sky are presented, which reveal important facts of the state and educational activities by Andriy Kyrylovych; the significance of the national cultural creativity by the Razumovsky family for the subsequent development of European integration processes in Ukraine in the 21st century is determined.

The musical and cultural heritage of Andriy Rozumovsky, his patronage and creative activity is a certain formative factor of the modern cultural environment and aesthetic aura of Ukraine. In the context of the relevant era and historical and social conditions of society, in the complex interaction and creative communication of the sponsor, music organizer, composer, performer and recipient, the intellectual and sensory atmosphere of creation, dissemination and perception of musical art.
