Dialogue of scientific and artistic generations as a means of forming the cultural capital of Ukraine

Abstract

The article examines the realization of scientific and artistic dialogue between generations in Ukraine as a means of forming cultural capital. The theoretical and methodological foundations of the dialogue study are revealed within the context of the modern scientific paradigm of holistic and systemic knowledge, substantiating its role as an integral part of social and cultural processes. The concept of dialogue as an effective tool for the formation of cultural capital is analyzed, identifying the mechanisms of its influence on the transfer of knowledge, values, and experience between communication participants. The process of cultural capital accumulation through intergenerational dialogue is explored, revealing ways of understanding and adapting the experience of older generations by younger ones to ensure the sustainable development of society. The temporal and spatial aspects of dialogue as a key mechanism for the transmission of cultural capital are highlighted, clarifying their impact on intergenerational communication and cultural exchange. The dialogue of scientific and artistic generations is characterized as a means of accumulating various components of cultural capital, including cognitive structures, traditions, skills, artistic achievements, and social practices. The role of dialogue in stimulating critical reflection on cultural values by younger generations is determined, revealing its potential in ensuring the adaptability of culture and initiating innovative processes for the enrichment of cultural capital. The significance of dialogue as an impetus for the creativity of new cultural forms based on the experience of previous generations is substantiated, emphasizing its contribution to the innovative development of culture and the enrichment of the nation's cultural capital in the long term.
